Sir, the project proponent has copy of Disaster management plan as per guidelines of Government of India, Ministry of Petroleum and natural Gas, New Delhi, wherein it is mentioned that the disaster management plan should be approved by PNGRB approved agencies and same are to be submitted to PESO and Factory Inspectorate. Copy of this plan is enclosed herewith.
In view of above this plan is approved by consultant approved by PNGRB and Project Proponent has submitted the plan to Deputy Director of Factories vide their letter dt. 12.12.2025 (copy enclosed).
Submitted for action as already recommended please.
