| Clarification Note: | The application of the industry is scrutinized, and it has been observed that: 1. As per the APCD feasibility report earlier submitted by the industry the range of Boiler emissions after the APCD is <250 mg/Nm3......whereas as per the MoEF&CC notification no. GSR 373(E) dated 16.05. 2023....the revised emission standards for the Boiler of capacity 2 TPH using wood as fuel are <150 mg/Nm3........the industry needs to clarify regarding the same....is the APCD system is sufficient in order to achieve the revised emission standards.... if yes, the industry is requested to submit the fresh feasibility report of the APCD.... 2. The industry is requested to submit the Plan showing the location/mechanism of all the outlet pipe that carry treated water from the ETP to the plantation of 2 acres outside the premises of the unit......... 3. Industry is requested to submit latest C.A certificate with UDIN number mentioned on it. 4. Detail of machinery along with the effluent generation details of the machinery i.e. lot, baths, liquor ratio as applicable on the machines. |
