Respected Sir, the AEE has submitted the point wise compliance to the decisions of the personal hearing including the calculation for number of heats viz a viz maximum production capacity with operation of induction furnace of 10 TPH capacity..........Further as per the Policy of the Board, the industry has submitted self undertaking with the effect that the industry is situated within the industrial zone as per the notified Master Plan of Khanna.......... In view of the facts mentioned in the note of AEE and above, it is recommended that the consent to establish under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for 01 year with suitable conditions and a copy of the same may be sent to the District Town Planner, Ludhiana for raising any objection w.r.t. the suitability of site of the industry, if any. |
