The above note may kindly be perused..... RO has reported that the unit is complying with the provisions of the AA, 1981.............In the case of M/s G.R. Woolen Mills it has been decided that the consents to the member units connected with the CETPs may be granted for 6 months and as per competency subject to the condition that the consent is being granted to the unit subject to the decision of the Hon'ble NGT in the pending cases related to CETP..............May if approved, consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 may be renewed for production of dyeing of polyester cotton @ 07 T/day and dyed knitted cloth for washing @ 04 T/day with operation of one boiler of capacity @ 6 TPH with twin cyclone followed by double stage alkali scrubber was provided as an APCD for short period i.e. 6 months with usual conditions and special conditions that: 1. This consent is being granted to the decision of the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal in the appeal cases filed by the CETPs of 50 MLD, 40MLD, and 15 MLD or in the Original Applications filed against the said CETPs. 2. The industry will install the SO2 meter with stack of the new boiler before using pet coke as fuel and will comply with the SOP for using pet coke as fuel. Further EE RO be asked to carry out stack emission monitoring of the unit within one month and submit report..............Competency SEE |
