It is submitted that as per the note dated 27.3.2026 given by the RO, it was observed that Further, the representative present during the visit informed that no new construction has been carried out within the existing premises and same was verified during visit. Hence, the provisions of the said notification are not applicable to the institute. Hence, the unit is complying with all the decision of hearing as well as CTO granted. Copy of reply received from the RO via email is attached.
If approved, it is again recommended that consents to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the educational institute for running the courses of B.Tech, MC, B.Ed, Nursing, Pharmacy etc. upto 30.09.2029 with supersession to the auto generated CTOs under Water Act, 1974, subject to the suitable conditions and special conditions.
