Please clarify the following immediately:
1. Whether the industry has submitted the building plans approved under the provisions of section 3-A of Punjab Factory Rules, 1952 in compliance to the special condition of previous CTO.
2. The industry has mentioned 01 no. induction furnace of capacity 70 TPH in the application form; however, as per the visit report, it has installed 02 no. induction furnace of capacity 50 TPH each.
3. Whether the industry has submitted the point wise compliance of conditions of Environmental Clearance granted to it in annotated form specifically to point no. i (II), iii (II), iii (III), I (VII), iii (IX).
4. Whether any latest effluent sampling carried out by the Board. |
