Sir the pointwise reply to the observation raised by Competent Authority alongwith the geotagged photograph and visit report is enclosed herewith. The direction of the Competent Authority regarding attachment of Geotagged photograph and visit report has been noted for due compliance.
Keeping in view of above it is recommended that the application submitted by the PP may be considered and the PP may be granted of the Consent to establish/NOC for the project for the establishment of Hotel cum Banquet Hall having 1 Banquet Hall of capacity 500 person and 32 Rooms with validity for 1 year, with suitable conditions along with suitable conditions Competency: SEE (B) |
