Please check the following:
1. Check the validity of grant of CTO recommendation.
2. Obtain a certification from the CA regarding increase of value of fixed asset due to installation of non polluting machinery and purchase of land, as earlier the RO has similarly process the renewal case on the same statement in the year 2025. However, as per CA certificate, the value of land has been reduced from Rs. 8.53 crore to Rs. 8.02 crore.
3.Provide detail of entire machinery installed by the unit in their premises till date.
If approved, it is requested that RO be asked to provide the reply of above clarification with proper document within 2 days. |
