Considering the above, being a renewal case and company is a Public Sector Undertaking majority-owned by the Government of India, it is proposed that the recommendation made by the EE, RO and endorsed by EE, ZO may be accepted, subject to the condition that the company shall submit an approved Emergency Response Plan from the Deputy Director of Factories (which has already submitted) and a copy of Public Liability Insurance (PLI) within a period of two months to the Regional Office of the Board. |
