Pointwise reply of SCN is as under:
i) As per EC granted to Executive Engineer cum District Mining Officer, Ludhiana, Consent of landowners not submitted. However, an undertaking by DMO, Ludhiana has been submitted wherein, it is mentioned that land bearing khasra no. of the mining area is as per proposal & has been duly received from concerned landowners, demarcated on site and are consonance with the latest revenue records of the village. copy attached.
ii) Demarcation of the mining area was carried out in the presence of mining officer. copy attached.
iii) permanent pillars are installed to mark boundaries of the mining area. photographs of the same attached with geo-coordinates.
Please grant us consents to operate mining site. |
