RO is required to clarify regarding following:
1. RO has mentioned that As there is existing air polluting industry in 100 mtr radius of the proposed site. RO is required to mentioned following details:
a. Name of the unit
b. Type of industry (i.e. manufacturing details)
c. Consent status of the unit
2. RO is required to mention the total proposed built-up area of the project (considering the FAR mentioned in the approved layout plan).
3. RO has not commented upon the details of solid waste to be generated from the project and its disposal/ treatment details proposed by the project proponent.
In view of above, if approved, the application may be sent back to RO, with the request to clarify regarding the above mentioned points, within two days, so that further necessary action may be taken in the matter, please.
