RO is required to clarify regarding following:
1. RO has imposed a special condition that “The industry will submit building plan prepared and duly authenticated by the Director of Factories/ Chartered Architect/ Chartered Engineer under the provisions of section 3-A of Punjab Factory Rules, 1952.” The same condition was also granted in the last granted consent to the industry by the board. RO is required to give compliance of the same.
2. Earlier, short term consent under the Air Act,1981 was granted to the industry due to the fact that the industry was yet to get its stack samples analyzed by Board's lab. As such, RO is now required to incorporate the details of stack emission monitoring of the unit carried out by the Board, if any ?
3. RO has mentioned that the industry has submitted the analysis report of the stack emission sample analyzed by EVAPO TECH. RO is required to clarify as to stack emission monitoring of which process is the above report related to ?
In view of above, if approved, the application may be sent back to RO, with the request to clarify regarding the above mentioned points, within two days, so that further necessary action may be taken in the matter, please.
