The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under: 1. The detail filled in the application form is not in consonance with the earlier granted consent to operate of the Board i.e. PART-D: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER AIR ACT, 1981 (b) D.G Sets column “Quantity of Fuel used/to be used (in Lts./day)”. 2. The project proponent has not submitted latest analysis report of stack emission. 3. The project proponent was requested vide this office letter no. 593-600 dated 24.02.2026 to provided the list of Mobile Tower/Telecom Towers using genset in District SAS Nagar and obtain consents of the Mobile Tower/ Telecom Towers using genset. However, the project proponent needs to submit the reply to the above letter, immediately. Thereafter, the project proponent has submitted reply to the clarification and the same was found not satisfactory. As such, the application is returned being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same after attending above said observations. |
