| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The project proponent has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under ORANGE / 1.1 Genset(s) of total capacity 1 MVA, using liquid fuel and the same is not proper. The project proponent needs to apply under relevant category as per directions under section 18(1)(b) of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 regarding harmonization of classification of industrial sectors under Red, Orange, Green, White and Blue categories issued by CPCB vide letter no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-СРСВ-НО dated 12.02.2025.
2. The detail filled in the application form is not proper and not filled i.e. PART-C: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER WATER ACT, 1974.
3. The project proponent has submitted that the total solid waste generation is 92 kg/day and the same is disposed off to authorized dumping site. The project proponent needs to submit in-situ arrangement for the management of solid waste generated from the project.
4. The project proponent needs to apply authorization under Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
It is request to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
