| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The project proponent needs to submit the details of additional Env. activities/ CER carried out by project proponent.
2. The project proponent has submitted common composter has been provided for the management of solid waste generated from the project. However, the project proponent has not submitted capacity of the same alongwith adequate of the composter as per consents applied by the project proponent alongwith calculation detail of solid waste.
3. The CA certificate submitted by the project proponent seems to be not proper as earlier the project proponent has mentioned construction of SCOs & Booths as 5.50 crores and now, the project proponent has submitted mis cost is 5.50 crores not mentioned the cost of construction of SCOs & Booths as mentioned earlier. The project proponent needs to submit detailed clarification regarding the same.
4. As per point no. 3, the CA certificate showing the increase in total project cost, as such, the project proponent needs to deposited NOC regularization fee and revised calculation of fee as per Board’s office order no. 524 dated 29.10.2018.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
