File Note: Sir it is submitted that as per the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Building rules,2021 the maximum permissible Floor Area Ratio for residential plots is 2.1. However the Project Proponent has made calculation taking 2 as the FAR for residential plots which is not in accordance with the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Building rules,2021. Further for the school the Project Proponent has made calculation taking 1 as FAR which is valid only for PRE nursery/ Nursery/Creche. The project has not submitted the details of the school whether it is Nursery/Pre nursery/creche or Primary school (upto class 5 for which FAR is 1:1.2 ) or High School/Sr Sec. School(for which FAR is 1:1.5). In lieu of the above stated facts, if approved the case may be returned for applying afresh with all the said documents.
