| Clarification Note: | The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under: 1. The project proponent has not submitted the site/ layout plan to check the built-up area after the expansion and further ascertain the applicability of EIA Notification 2006. 2. The project proponent has not submitted the revised calculations of water utilization and wastewater generation and has only proposed final wastewater generation and ETP treatment capacity. 3. As per the project report, the proposed investment is not clear in Indian Rupees. The industry is required to provide the values of proposed investment and total investment after expansion for adjudging the adequacy of the fee. 4. The project proponent is required to provide the details of the additional machinery and total machinery after expansion to the installed at site as the newly installed machinery is not distinguished from existing machinery in the application form. 5. The project proponent is also required to provide the undertaking that expansion will be undergone within the existing premises of the industry. Kindly clarify within 2 days. |
