Sir, the HCF is not violating the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. However, the HCF is not complying with the decisions of personal hearing dated 09/01/2026 as the HCF has not deposited B.G. of Rs. 5.00 Lacs till date.
In view of the above, it is recommended as under:-
1. CTO under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be recommended upto 27/07/2026 (Upto the date to which authorization under BMW Rules, 2016 was granted) subject to the suiltable conditions and special conditions as under:-
a) The HCF shall deposit BG amounting to Rs. 5.00 Lacs within 15 days.
b) The HCF shall intimate RO, Batala regarding the date when the upgradation work of ETP completes and submit effluent analysis reports from Board's Lab.
