The clarification was raised to the industry regarding the consent to operate applied by the industry is not as per new categorization of the CPCB vide no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-СРСВ-НО dated 12.02.2025. The industry has increased its its fixed assets from 7315.81 lacs (as on 30.06.2023) to Rs. 8157.12 lacs (as on 16.03.2026). The unit has not submitted any detail regarding its increase in fixed assets with the application. Also the value of plant & machinery and land & building value not mentioned in CA certificate submitted by the industry. The industry has not submitted compliance of special conditions of last granted consent to operate in annotated form.
But the industry has failed to submit any reply till date.
Hence, the application is hereby returned. |
