It is submitted that the industry has submitted the reply of the show cause notice but the same is still under consideration of the Competent Authority. The details of the visit dated 28.03.2026 has not been received. Further, the industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 200 cr to 420 cr but has not given any satisfactory reply for the said increase. The industry has failed to submit that whether with modernized machinery is there any increase in production. As such, the application cannot be processed and is hereby returned. |
