While processing the application, it has been observed as under: - 1. The industry has not submitted any document/feasibility report for the installation of APCD for the control of secondary emission installed as an Air Pollution Control Device (APCD) in compliance with Board’s Order No. 450 dated 08/10/2025. 2. Earlier, the industry has produced CA certificate of Rs. 639.0 lakhs to the Board. Now, the industry has submitted CA certificate of Rs.1335.75 Lakhs. The industry has enhanced its plant and machinery cost in the CA certificate. The industry has neither submitted any undertaking regarding increase of fixed assets, nor deposited NOC regularization fees. As such, the application is considered as incomplete and is hereby returned with request to resubmit the same with complete it in all aspect. |
