Please clarify the following observations:
1. Whether the hospital has complied with the earlier observations for which the consents/authorization was refused including any mixing of solid waste with the bio-medical waste at site.
2. Whether, the capacity of ETP installed by the hospital is adequate for handling wastewater to be generated from 200 beds.
3. Please given the detail regarding validity of the land lease agreement executed by the hospital for disposal of treated wastewater.
