Kindly peruse the note/recommendations given by RO, Patiala.
RO has reported that there is existing air polluting industry in 100 mtr radius of the proposed site, the site is not complying with the siting criteria framed for such unit vide notification no. 3/6/07/STE(4)/2274 dated 25.07.2008. As such, the site is not suitable.
In view of above, if approved, the pp may be issued show cause notice for refusal of grant of consent to establish (NOC) along with an opportunity of personal hearing before SEE, ZP-1, please.
