While processing the application, the following observations were observed:
1. The project proponent has mentioned in the application form that the wastewater, after treatment, will be discharged into the MC sewer. However, the proponent has not submitted the required permission from the sewer to discharged domestic effluent.
2. The project proponent has not mentioned the built-up area of the project in the application form. Further, the project proponent has not clarified whether the components either residential/commercial/EWS is being constructed by the PP or PP is to develop the area individual plot/SCO without carrying out any construction activity. Therefore, the applicability of EIA notification cannot be adjudged.
As such, the application may be returned, please.
