The above note may kindly be perused...........As per letter no. 421/org-C/D dated 27-10-25 issued by the ATP the site falls under the industrial mix zone…………….. As per the Board’s letter no 610-12 dated 21.08.2023 the units can be granted further consents as per the policy of the Board, if the unit falls in industrial mix zone……… Thus the word "further" as mentioned in the office order attached herewith implies that there is requirement of previous consent from the Board……………………. The unit has never obtained previous consents, the same office order of the Board does not find applicability………May if approved, consent may be refused please....Competency-SEE..... |
