| Clarification Note: | The application was scrutinized and it was observed that: 1. The PP was given personal hearing given before the Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board on 06.02.2026 wherein it was decided that “The institute shall ensure proper implementation of the arrangement made with Municipal Council, Derabassi for management of sewage and shall provide necessary infrastructure/pipeline arrangements for conveying treated effluent from the Municipal STP to its premises within 15 days, as per the executed MoU, and shall utilize the same for horticulture and green belt development within the school premises.” But the PP has not submitted any compliance of the same. As such, the PP needs to submit the compliance report of the personal hearing given before the Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board on 06.02.2026. 2. The CA certificate submitted by the industry showing the decrease in fixed assets i.e from Rs. 2084 lakh to 82.90 lacs. The project proponent has needs to submit the reason for depreciation in its fixed assets. 3. As per point no. 3, the fees cannot adjudged. 4. The PP was given CTO under both the Acts which were expired on 31/03/2020. Now, the PP has applied for varied CTO under both the Acts but not deposited penalty fees w.r.t. 31.03.2020 to 31.03.2026 under both the Acts. You are hereby request to clarify the same within 02 days, so that your application can be processed further. |
