The project proponent has not submitted the project report. As such, cost of project could not be verified. Adequacy of consent fee can be adjudged. 3. The PP has not linked any its NOC fee with the online application. 4. The project proponent has not mentioned the Last Consent Details in the application form. 5. The PP has not submitted its Environmental Clearance granted to it by competent authority as well as six month compliance report of the same. 6. The PP has also not submitted classification of land use/ change of land use of the area from Competent Authority. 7. The PP has not submitted building plans of its unit.
