The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that: 1. The industry has applied under orange category (Other) and the same is not proper. The industry needs to apply under new category as per CPCB letter no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-CPCB-HO dated 12.02.2025 regarding harmonization of classification of industrial sectors under Red, Orange, Green, White and Blue categories. 2. The CA certificate submitted by the project proponent showing increase in total cost of the project from Rs. 2840.12 lacs to Rs. 3110.70 lacs. The project proponent has not submitted detail regarding increase in total cost of project with supporting documents. 3. The project proponent has not linked consent fee with the application and also needs to deposited NOC regularization fee regarding increase in total fixed assets. 4. The detail filled in the application form is incorrect as per earlier consent to operate granted by the Board under Air Act, 1981 i.e. PART-D: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER AIR ACT, 1981:
Thereafter, the project proponent was requested to submit the reply to the clarification. However, the project proponent failed to submit the reply to the clarification till date. As such, the application is returned being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same after attending above said observations.
