The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that: 1. The industry has applied under red category (Building, Const. projects, Township & Area development ........ covered under EIA notification dated 14/9/06) and the same is not proper. The industry needs to apply under new category as per CPCB letter no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-CPCB-HO dated 12.02.2025 regarding harmonization of classification of industrial sectors under Red, Orange, Green, White and Blue categories. 2. The project proponent needs to submit compliance report of the conditions of the Environmental Clearance granted by the Competent Authority. 3. The project proponent needs to submit the details of additional Env. activities/ CER carried out by project proponent with authenticated proofs.
Thereafter, the project proponent was requested to submit the reply to the clarification. However, the project proponent failed to submit the reply to the clarification till date. As such, the application is returned being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same after attending above said observations. |
