The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that: 1. The project proponent has submitted supporting documents mentioning address of the project is Sector 110-111. However, the project proponent has mentioned the address of the project is SCO NO. 678-679, MOHALI 1, TDI CITY, SECTOR 119, AIRPORT ROAD, MOHALI MOHALI in the application form. The project proponent has not mentioned the complete address along with project name in the application form as per supporting documents submitted by the project proponent i.e. CLU granted by the Competent Authority. 2. The project proponent needs to submit bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 20 lakhs as per decision of the personal hearing dated 25.03.2026. 3. The CA certificate submitted by the project proponent is not proper as the same is issued under the name of “Mohali 2 project”. However, the project proponent has applied for consent to operate for TDI City. The project proponent needs to clarify the same. As such, the earlier fee deposited by the project proponent cannot be adjudged. 4. The Water calculation chart submitted by the project proponent is not as per National Building Code, 2016. The project proponent needs to submit revised calculation of the same. 5. The project proponent needs to earmarked the site of STP as well as Solid waste on the approved layout plan. 6. The project proponent needs to submit the details of additional Env. activities/ CER carried out by project proponent with authenticated proofs.
Thereafter, the project proponent was requested to submit the reply to the clarification. However, the project proponent failed to submit the reply to the clarification till date. As such, the application is returned being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same after attending above said observations.
