The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that: 1. The project proponent has submitted supporting documents mentioning address of the project is Sector 98, 86, 99 & 105. However, the project proponent has not mentioned the complete address of the project in the application form. The project proponent has not mentioned the complete address along with project name in the application form as per supporting documents submitted by the project proponent i.e. Environmental Clearance and CLU granted by the Competent Authority. 2. The project proponent needs to submit the detailed project report regarding how many plots have been constructed, occupied and total water requirement, wastewater generation, treatment arrangement provided and their disposal arrangements in detail. 3. The project proponent needs to submit the details of additional Env. activities/ CER carried out by project proponent with authenticated proofs. 4. The project proponent needs to submit completion certificate regarding installation of mechanical composter as per special condition of the earlier consent to operate granted to it.
Thereafter, the project proponent was requested to submit the reply to the clarification. However, the project proponent failed to submit the reply to the clarification till date. As such, the application is returned being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same after attending above said observations. |
