Kindly peruse the report/ recommendations sent by EE RO Patiala.
Ro is required to clarify regarding following:
1. Whether the project is covered under the ambit of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006, or not ? Alongwith total built up area of the project.
2. RO is required to give details of the agreement made for disposal of treated wastewater ?
3. RO is also required to mention the location of the land said land area vis-à-vis location of project site.
In view of above, if approved, the application may be sent back to RO, with the request to clarify regarding the above mentioned points, within two days, so that further necessary action may be taken in the matter, please.
