Kindly peruse the report/ recommendations sent by EE RO Patiala.
Ro is required to clarify regarding following:
1. Status of compliance of SOPs by RO, as issued by CPCB for such units.
2. RO is required to give pointwise complaicne status of the said SOPs, as followed by the unit at site.
3. RO is required to mention the status of compliance of conditions of CTE by the unit, at site.
In view of above, if approved, the application may be sent back to RO, with the request to clarify regarding the above mentioned points, within two days, so that further necessary action may be taken in the matter, please.
