Certain observation for raised on the application of the industry and now RO has replied the same, which may kindly be perused.
In view of the report/recommendation sent by EE, RO, Patiala, if approved, the Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30.09.2029 subject to the suitable conditions, conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, RO and following additional conditions:
1. The industry shall get its stack emission monitoring form Board’s Lab within one month.
2. The industry shall not carry out any activity in its premises, which can change the category of unit from orange to red, without prior permission of the board.
3. The industry shall not carry out any activity in its premises, which is covered under the ambit of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.
4. The industry shall not generate and discharge any kind of trade effluent from its premises/
