The hotel has failed to submit latest CA certificate. The hotel is required to submit documentary proof from the concerned Govt. authority, regarding the finalization of its sewer connection made to the manhole leading to the terminal STP. The hotel is required to submit the compliance of guidelines issued by CPCB regarding hotels.
As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage, therefore, the application is returned with the request to re-submit the application after attending the observations. |
