It is submitted that as per the sampling analysis results, the air emissions results were within the prescribed limits of the Board. Also revisit of the industry along with re-sampling of the effluent was approved by the Competent authority of the Board dated 01.03.2026. In compliance of the above, the industry was visited by the undersigned along with Er. Rantej Sharma,EE and the industry was found to be non operational. As per the submission furnished and Fire report furnished(attached for reference), the industry is non operational since 31.03.2026 due to accidental fire in its premises.
It is recommended that short term CTO Renewal under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for 3 months with the approval of the CA subject to special condition that it will submit effluent sampling report of the ETP after getting the effluent sampling done by the Board within 3 months, please
