As per the above reports, the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974, as there has been no increase in the machinery as well as discharge of the industry, and as per the machinery installed, the discharge is within allotted shares of 2000 KLD into CETP conveyance of 40 MLD,..... NO observed the bypass arrangement .... So it is recommended that Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for six month with production of Dyeing of Polyester Fabrics/Cloths @ 24750 Kgs/day, Dyeing Of Pc Fabrics/Cloth @ 8100 Kgs/day and Dyeing/Washing Of Garments @ 3600 Kgs/day, with discharge of trade effluent @ 1980 KLD into CETP and domestic effluent @ 20 KLD into CETP, with suitable conditions and specific that the industry will submit third part audit report to access the actual discharge capacity of the dyeing unit, to the Regional Office of the Board within one month ......... further the consent is being granted subject to the decision of the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal in the appeal cases filed by the CETPs of 50 MLD, 40MLD, and 15 MLD or in the Original Applications filed against the said CETPs
