Kindly peruse the report/ recommendations sent by EE RO Patiala.
Ro is required to clarify regarding following:
1. RO has not attached the agenda note with the online application form and has also not generated the online agenda.
2. RO is required to incorporate the effluent analysis results in the online agenda note.
3. RO is required to incorporate the emission analysis results in the online agenda note.
4. RO is required to incorporate the photographs of the violations observed during the visit, in the agenda note.
In view of above, if approved, the application may be sent back to RO, with the request to clarify regarding the above mentioned points, within two days, so that further necessary action may be taken in the matter, please.
