| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The detail filled in the application form is not in consonance with the approved layout submitted by the project proponent i.e. PART-B: TECHNICAL INFORMATION(GENERAL) as per approved layout.
2. The project proponent has not earmarked irrigation area to be utilized for disposal of excess treated effluent.
3. The project proponent has not furnished quantified details of biodegradable and non-biodegradable solid waste generation, nor has it clearly outlined the proposed disposal mechanism. In case the non-biodegradable waste is proposed to be disposed of through a Government-approved agency or Municipal Corporation, details of any agreement executed in this regard. Further, the capacity of the mechanical composter proposed by the project proponent is not adequate.
4. The project proponent has not submitted Environmental Clearance obtained from Competent Authority under EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006, as the total built up area of the project is 800631.
5. The project proponent needs to submit NOC from Airport Authority regarding permissibility of height of the project.
6. The project proponent needs to submit feasibility report mentioning the all the components of the STP to be provided alongwith capacity and ultrafiltration system to be provided alongwith capacity.
7. The project report submitted by the project proponent was found not proper as per National Building Code 2016 i.e. the project proponent has not included floating population of the residential components of the project in the same.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
