The Board of directors of Vika Engineering Pvt Ltd has duly authorized Mr. Mudit Aggarwal in it’s Authorization Letter. However it was noted that in the Lease Deed authorized signatory was mentioned as Mr. Gopal Upadhyay son of Late Sh. D.K. Upadhyay (Aadhaar No.8625 9210 2648), whom is not present in Memorandum of Association. As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 03 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete. |
