Based on chronology report of case attached herewith
Violations Reported by RO as per AEE inspection dated 1.04.26 are summarized as under :
1. Non-provision of Solid Waste Management Facility
o No compost pits have been provided for treatment of biodegradable waste.
o This is in violation of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.
2. Absence of Air Pollution Control Measures in Kitchen
o No suction hood/ventilation system installed over cooking operations.
o No exhaust outlet/stack provided above roof level.
o Resulting in uncontrolled emission of air pollutants.
3. No Oil & Grease Trap Provided
o Effluent from kitchen is being discharged without pre-treatment.
o Leads to discharge of untreated oily wastewater.
4. Inadequate Wastewater Treatment System
o Only septic tank provided instead of proper treatment system.
o Not adequate as per Board norms/policy.
o The unit is also not connected to any municipal sewerage system.
5. Improper Disposal & Reuse of Treated Effluent
o Though plantation exists, it is inadequate.
o No proper system for utilization of treated water for irrigation.
6. Inadequate Plantation/Green Belt
o Plantation provided but found insufficient.
7. DG Set Stack Height Not as per Norms
o 25 KVA DG set installed with acoustic enclosure but
o Stack height is not adequate as per prescribed standards.
In view of above ,SCN without hearing to reply with in 10 days be issued to the PP ,if PP failed to reply than CTO be refused without giving further oppurtunity ..
