The report/ recommendations of RO in the matter has been perused and the RO is required to clarify to the following observations:
1. Whether the effluent generation, treatment & disposal arrangements proposed by the PP are adequate in principal? Pls give legible comments.
2. How shall the effluent be conveyed for reuse for construction purposes in its sister concern projects?
3. Whether any tangible arrangement/ solution proposed by the PP in the eventuality that the terminal STP of the ULB is not upgraded
and/or the construction of the said projects has already been completed?
4. Whether any of the already constructed shops/ bays been occupied/ operational?
5. Clarify regarding the cost of project of COD-1, COD-2 & Hotel Believers against whom action has been recommended, to decide on the competency to take action.
If approved, the application be sent back to RO to clarify to the aforementioned observations before proceeding further with application processing. |
