Sir, the point wise reply of the clarification is as under:-
1. The industry has already installed secondary emission control system. Further, the industry has informed that the industry has approached the PSCST, Chandigarh to get the completion certificate for the same. However, PSCST, Chandigarh has directed the industry to get some little modifications in the secondary emission control system. Now, the representative of the industry informed that the industry is under the process of little modifications in its secondary emission control system and will submit the completion certificate after completion of the modifications.
2. Copy of the production record on fortnight basis submitted by the industry is attached herewith.
3. There are no specific sitting guidelines for such type of industries. However, the subject cited industry is located in Industrial zone as per Master Plan (2010-2031) of Mandi Gobindgarh.
