Show cause notice for refusal of consents to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 has been issued to the industry has been issued to the industry alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the senior Environmental Engineer of the Board on 23.04.2026 (copy attached).
The application is hereby forwarded to convey regarding date, time & venue of hearing and also to send a copy of notice to the industry through whatsapp / email or through any other mode convenient to Regional Office well before the date of hearing.
