The Regional Office has submitted detailed report regarding the application of the project promoter for CTE Exapnsion.
It is added here that the analysis results of the effluent sample collected during visit to project site on 25.03.2026 has been received from HO Water Lab and the same reveals that the conc. of various parameters as pH 7.5, TSS 14 mg/l, COD 60 mg/l, BOD 14 mg/l, O&G 6.4 mg/l, which is within the permissible discharge limits.
In consideration of the report/ recommendations of RO and the analysis results; if approved, the Consent to Establish Expansion under the provisions of the Water Act, 1874 & the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the project promoter for one year, subject to suitable general & additional conditions as well as additional conditions as proposed by RO.
