It is submitted that the application was scrutinized and it was observed that (i) The industry has submitted CA certificate in which it is declared that industry is not in operation since 2011. However, in application form, the BKO has mentioned the date of commissioning as jan 2016. Hence, adequacy of fee paid cannot be judged. (ii) The brick kiln has submitted Design Adequacy cum completion certificate from CSIR-Central Building Research Institute, Roorke, in which the name of BKO is mentioned as M/s H.K BRICKS B.K.O, however, in application form, the name of BKO is H.K. BROS. B.K.O. (iii) In the application form, the BKO has mentioned the location as “within MC limit”. The industry was requested to clarify the above within 04 days. However, the industry has failed to give any clarification within stipulated time period. Hence, the application may be returned with the request to resubmit the same along with necessary documents. |
