The application of the industry/commercoal project has been scrutinized and observed that the Project proponent has submitted the feasibility report of STP which appears deficient as it fails to duly consider and incorporate critical technical aspects (specification, design, efficiency of treatment technology) for proper evaluation of the proposed system. The PP has not submitted the brief project report and land use classification of the site. The project proponent was requested to submit the above said documents within 2 days. The PP has failed to submit the CLU/ Land use classification certificatre of the site from the concerned authority/deptt and brief projectreport was also not attached with th apllication. This incomplete application form cannot be prcessed further. Hence. this application is returned back to the project with request to reapply with complete set of documents as required under the consent management policy pf the board 2013. |
