The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed that earlier the industry has submitted C.A certificate dated 31.3.2021 as per which the cost of total fixed assets of Rs. 1047.20 Lakh and cost of plant and machinery of Rs. 695.90 Lakh, now the industry has submitted the fresh C.A certificate dated 31.03.2026 as per which the cost of total fixed assets of Rs. 2051.79 Lakh and cost of plant and machinery of Rs. 931.09 Lakh, the industry has not submitted the detail of increase in its total assets and list of addition in plant and machinery. The industry is required to submit the year wise C.A certificate and deposit the consent fee accordingly. The industry has not submitted the area classification certificate. The industry is required submit the permission from PWRDA regarding ground water extractionThe industry was requested to submit the above said documents within 2 days. The industry has failed to submit reply of the observation raised in the above clarification. This incomplete application form cannot be prcessed further. Hence. this application is returned back to the industry with request to reapply with complete set of documents as required under the consent management policy pf the board 2013. |
