It is submitted that the GGSSTP was issued show cause notice for refusal of grant of consent to operate applied under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 issued to the industry alongwith opportunity of personal hearing before Chairperson of the Board on 02.04.2026 vide letter no. 8785-86 dated 24.03.2026. A copy of the said proceedings is attcached herewith for perusal please. As per decision no. 6 of the hearing, the industry be granted renewal of CTO under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for short time period for six months.
