The industry was raised on the clarification dated 09.04.2026 which it is reproduced as under:-
On scrutinizing the case it has been observed as under:- 1. The project proponent has not linked the requisite fee with the application. 2. The layout plan submitted by the project proponent is not clear and is not properly readable. 3. The project proponent has not submitted a letter issued by PUDA, Amritsar, regarding the addition of approximately 5.19 acres of land. 4. The project proponent has not provided details of the total land area and the built-up area of the project. 5. The project proponent has not submitted CA certificate. 6. The application form filed by the project proponent having quantity of domestic effluent discharge @ 529 KLD which is not matched with the previous CTE granted. 7. As per the revised categorization of the Board, the project proponent is advised to apply under the appropriate new category.
But till date no reply has been received in this office.
Application is hereby returned with request to resubmit the application with above said observations please.
